  • Yes. Vacation planning involves a great deal of time and work. We will research all suppliers to find you the best deal to fit your lifestyle. We will work with you to meet your travel needs and requirements. In order to perform the professional services required to start your travel planning, a consultation fee is required.

    The consultation fee is non-refundable & non-transferable. This fee is separate from the total cost of the trip and must be paid prior to any travel planning, research, booking or additional consulting services commencing.

    Your customized proposal will be emailed to you within a pre-established time frame.

    International quotes could take up to 7-10 working days.

    Travel must be booked within 30 days of the proposal, or a new fee may be assessed. No exceptions will be made. All vacations arranged through Let’s Travel Together LLC offers you freedom from the travel planning process, as well as 24/7 support during travel through the return trip home.

  • Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. If you do not purchase insurance with Let’s Travel Together LLC, you are required to sign an insurance waiver that you decline trip insurance.
